WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING? 

We now ship Worldwide* from Australia 

 All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.  Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment.  


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LASHES? 

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- For Standard Shipping please allow 5-7 Business Days

- For Express Post please allow 1-3 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL PLEASE READ TERMS

DOES LASH LOVIN YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your LLY Lashes (excluding $20 postage & handling fee) Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Date is 30 days from your purchase.  Any damaged products will be replaced when reported within 5 days of receiving. Photo proof MUST be provided.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your purchase is deemed lost we will undertake a thorough investigation with our postal provider before re-issuing your order. Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that have been scanned as delivered. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
YES! But let us know within two hours! Email urgently to info@lashlovinyou.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO LLY? 
On the rare occasion, some packages are returned to LLY HQ due to insufficient addresses or being unclaimed. In these circumstances, once your order is returned to our warehouse you will be issued with a store credit to the value of your original purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credits are valid for 12 months from their issue date.

I ORDERED AN ITEM LAST WEEK AND NOW ITS ON SALE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry! unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it. 

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.
WHAT IF I'M UNSATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 100% money back guarantee on full price items only (does not cover shipping and handling or promotional products purchased using a discount code) for 30 days from your purchase. Any damaged products will be replaced when reported within 5 days of delivery (tracking proof of delivery). Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on heavily reduced bundles.
